Yorkton Terriers “Save The Terriers” Ticket Blitz Campaign a Success

The month-long, Yorkton Terriers “Save The Terriers” Season Ticket Blitz officially wrapped up yesterday (Thurs), and the organization says it was a great success. Terriers’ Director of Marketing Calvin Tokarchuk says they had a great run especially on the last day.

“We had a great final day on Thursday, selling over 216 tickets and we have a tentative total this morning of 931 tickets sold.”
The organization launched the campaign over a month ago to try & rebuild the club’s finances that were in a dire situation.

With the overwhelming support from the last month for their community, Terriers’ President Corvyn Neufeld has some good news for hockey fans in Yorkton going forward

“We met as a board last night, and we’re excited to say we’re good to go for next season. That being said, there’s still lots of work to be done as we have a few big fundraisers’ coming up including our Celebrity Sports Dinner on April 20th.”
If you’re interested in purchasing a ticket for the dinner they are on sale now for $85 per person, table of 8 for $600 or $750 for a Table of 10 and can be bought by contacting Grant at 306-621-5185.

The night which will be held at the Yorkton Curling Rink, will feature cocktails, dinner and guest speakers including former NHLers Jeff Odgers and Terry Ryan. (More Details Below:)
