Three charged following Drug Trafficking investigation in Yorkton

Three men are facing charges in connection with a drug trafficking investigation by Yorkton’s Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team, with two also charged with adult kidnapping.

Saskatchewan RCMP executed a search warrant at a Yorkton business, arresting 23-year-old Parteek Sandhu.

In a related search at a farm south of Yorkton in the R.M of Wallace, 46-year-old Ryan Langford was apprehended using drone technology.

 A severely injured, forcibly confined man was found in a barn and transported to the hospital.

From the searches of the business, farm, and a vehicle, RCMP seized an explosive device with a detonator, 160 grams of meth, 14 guns, ammunition, drug trafficking paraphernalia, and cash.


Langford and Sandhu face multiple charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking and adult kidnapping.

 Another man from Quebec is also charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.

The RCMP investigation is ongoing.
