One man is dead after a collision between semis yesterday (Mon) on Highway #1. 

Indian Head RCMP rushed to a collision on Highway #1 near Wolseley.

A semi-truck struck a parked semi on the shoulder. The parked vehicle was unoccupied.

The passenger in the moving semi, a 35-year-old Calgary man, was declared dead at the scene. The driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The highway was briefly closed but is now open.

Indian Head RCMP, with collision reconstructionist, are investigating and are asking any witnesses or those with dashcam footage are urged to contact them.
