The Yorkton Terriers avenged their Highway 10 rivals on Saturday night.
After suffering a 7-3 defeat on Friday night in Melville, the Terriers made rebounded with a 7-0 victory over the Millionaires in the SJHL preseason finale for both teams.
Tate Schofer (1G 2A), Jaron Desnoyers (2G 1A), and William Leonard led the charge for the Terriers with three points each, while David Coyle and Vinay Junek also scored.
Ethan Farrow stopped all 16 shots to earn the shutout.
The Mils split their goaltending duties for the second consecutive night, with starter Nick Genette allowing six goals on 20 shots, while Noah Davis turned aside 20 of 21 Terrier attempts.
The Terriers and Mils kick off their regular seasons with home-and-home series against Viterra Division rivals.
Yorkton will host the Weyburn Red Wings on Friday night at the Westland Insurance Arena, while Melville will be in Estevan to take on the Bruins at Affinity Place.
